Refund Policy

At Everything Plant Society, we aim to provide eco-friendly, helpful, and inspiring products — both physical and digital. Due to the nature of our business, we partner with third-party services (e.g., Printful, Zendrop, Shopify, Etsy, et. ) to fulfill orders. This policy outlines what you can expect regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  • Because most of our physical products are made-to-order or fulfilled via dropshipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

    • Defective

    • Damaged

    • Incorrect due to our error

    ➤ To be eligible for a return or replacement:

    If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • All digital downloads (e.g., guides, eBooks, coloring books, journals, PDFs) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

    If you encounter any technical issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

  • If you purchased a product through an affiliate link (CJ, ShareASale, etc.), you are subject to that company’s return policy. We do not process or manage returns for third-party retailers.

  • A portion of your purchase may go to charity. Donations are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations may be possible within 12 hours of purchase — but cannot be guaranteed due to the fast nature of dropshipping fulfillment.
